The coupe has not even arrived at dealerships yet, but the convertible is about to unfold at the New York International Auto Show. The new 2015 BMW M4 convertible will be arriving just in time for the end of summer. Note that since 2014, the sedan is now part of the 3 Series, while the coupe and convertible are badged as 4 Series. The six-cylinder inline twin turbo M4 convertible produces the same power as the M3 sedan and the M4 coupe, though we've discovered that this model is heavier. It tips the scales at 1,840 pounds, or forty pounds less than it's predecessor. However, it is nearly 240 pounds heavier than the M4 coupe, which should be noticeable in it's level of performance.
